went for a service quality talk 2 days ago. made new friends. nice, mature, promising pple. they commented tat i was v friendly n will go far in life. feels real good 2 hear tat. :) felt as though i was flying into e sky. haha..

revision. what is service excellence? anticipating customers' needs b4 they ask you for it. eg. the waiter refills ur water when ur cup is half-finished. plus plus points if e waiter is handsome and smiles readily at me.. haha.. will b getting a sliver service quality award in nov, cos got patient compliment me n i meet e other criterias of e award. hehe.. proud of myself. it's a national award btw.. *beaming with pride* blessings from God. :) am coping well in e high dependency unit. e colleagues there aren't as fierce as i tot they were. good start. am more sure of my career pathway le. will b staying in nursing 4 long.

went dinner @ cystal jade with my family, without my father though. wanted 2 ask him 2 join us but... guess it takes time. celebrated daz grad, my award-getting, boyz's escape from death (he nearly drowned @ sentosa), n 2 wei lao mummy 4 working so hard n take care of us all. heheh.. we had a great time. e food was quite nice but a little too salty. e xiao long baos were superb!!! e soup gushed out e moment i bite into it. so tasty.. reminiscing.. yum yum..

sad tat Brods is out of superband le. they're so charming n both sing so well. wo yong yuan zhi chi ni men!!! jia you, wo kan hao ni men!!! haha.. me behaving like sec kids..

finally watching pirates of e carribean 2day with bird. looking forward.
